DEFINITIONS

API Fracttal, refers to all the information and functionalities that Fracttal API has on its website api.fracttal.com

Fractal API User, Fracttal Single User assigned to a company to make use of Fracttal API Services.

Third Party (Developer), Developers or programmers of websites or applications that under the authorization of a Fracttal User have access to the Fracttal API.

Expressions: Fracttal, we, us, our, Fracttal Web, refers to Fracttal Solutions SPA or its subsidiaries.

TERMS OF USE API FRACTTAL

Terms and conditions of service Fracttal API are complementary to the terms and conditions of the Fracttal application.

The terms and conditions that are part of this section apply to any use of the Fracttal API on the part of:

Fracttal users and
Third Party (Developer)
Any functionality or implementation developed through the use of Fracttal API (Implementation Fracttal API) is subject to the terms of this publication.

The service Fracttal API is available for the plans that offer API Integration, see here; the available plans. Fracttal API is available in two modes. Fracttal API Basic that has no additional cost to the value of the plan you are subscribed to, and Fracttal API Advanced which offers advanced features and is marketed as an additional Add-on.

When using Fracttal API, you acknowledge and agree thatFRACTTAL API, is based on REST web services and the data transfer format it supports is JSON. All responses are sent in that format, and therefore requests must be sent in that format. REST is a well-defined set of operations that apply to all the resources of the HTTP standard itself; it defines a small set of operations, the most important of which are POST, GET, PUT and DELETE. These are equated to CRUD operations in databases, therefore, when using Fracttal API you accept responsibility for being able to Create, Read, Update or Delete any information in your database. By using Fracttal API, you are solely responsible for your use and performance of the software (including but not limited to actions and/or claims brought against you or others by third parties), including but not limited to the performance of your software, loss or damage to data due to malfunction of the software, maintenance, compliance with all applicable local, state, federal and international laws and regulations and all materials appearing therein.

If you are a Fracttal User and you allow a third party (Developer) to access your company's integration APIs to develop any application for your use, these terms apply to that third party and to you, and you are responsible for both parties' compliance with the policies in this section.

Fracttal ensures the protection of your information in our serviceFracttal API, in the event that you choose to allow access to your data by a third party (Developer), you assume responsibility for any use made of this information. Fracttal has no responsibility whatsoever for the use of the data after you have given your approval to share it.

By making use of Fracttal API, either as a Fracttal User or a third party (Developer), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms contained in this publication. Fracttal may change these terms without notice. The use of the services Fracttal API Your use of the Services following the posting of the new Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must discontinue use of the Services. Fracttal API.

Fracttal grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-sublicensable license subject to the Terms for the use ofFracttal API. Any distribution or marketing of any product or service developed through the use ofFracttal API, must be previously authorized by Fracttal who reserves the decision to accept it or not.

When using the servicesFracttal API you are subject to the following restrictions. You may not:

  • Perform reverse engineering, reverse, decompile, decrypt, deobfuscate, unmask, or disassemble in whole or in part any API, Content, or Service.

  • Develop an Implementation Fracttal API, product or service that in Fracttal's consideration represents competition.

  • Interfering with the proper functioning of Fracttal API or distribute any ImplementationFracttal API that negatively affects Fracttal services or any other application that usesFracttal API.

  • Using the credentials of another Fracttal User or third party (Developer).
    Hide information about your Fracttal usage from Fracttal. Fracttal API.

  • Use Fracttal API in association with or as content on websites or applications that in Fracttal's sole discretion are deemed obscene or inappropriate.

  • Use Fracttal API in applications that contain, promote, or are connected to spyware, adware, or other malicious code or programs.
    Usar Fracttal API en ninguna forma o para ningún propósito que viole la ley o los derechos de un individuo.

  • Intentar extraer o copiar información del código base o de Usuarios Fracttal.

  • Difamar o representar negativamente a Fracttal en tu Implementación de Fracttal API.

  • Usar Fracttal API for any use that is intended to replace or replicate the user experience or functionality of Fracttal.

  • Making efforts or doing acts intended to persuade Fractal Users to cancel service.

  • Develop any ImplementationFracttal API that in our opinion opposes or goes against Fracttal's principles and objectives.

  • By using Fracttal API, you acknowledge and allow Fracttal to set or modify the maximum number of requests you may make through our services, the current limits of employment forFracttal API is 200 Requests per minute. In case there is a change in these values, you will be notified in advance.

Fracttal will be able to monitor at any time your use ofFracttal API In order to ensure compliance with these terms, you must not interfere with or withhold information from Fracttal during this process.

By accessing the services Fracttal API, you agree that Fracttal's use of any Fracttal Implementation Fracttal API developed by you does not constitute our acceptance of any terms required for its use. Fracttal reserves the right to terminate, block and prohibit without prior notice the use ofFracttal API to any Fracttal User or third party (Developer) that we believe is in breach or violation of the terms described in this section.

Fracttal does not offer or guarantee any availability in the operation of applications developed by you or by a third party (Developer) of the services ofFracttal API. You are solely responsible for providing any technical support or maintenance on your Application(s). You acknowledge and agree that we do not need to offer or provide any technical support or maintenance to users of your Application(s) and you will not disclose or imply to any such user that we provide such support and maintenance services.
